Been DJing Since 13,went from Hotwheels & GI Joe to Mis Match Turntables(1 Gerard-1 Technic)& a Realistic Mixer & Amp(Radio Shack).Spent All My Lil Money On Records(Thus I Have A Nice Cache Of Old School,Which Was New When I Got It{LOL}) My Concept Of DJing Was Always Looking For New Street Music.Not Waiting For Someone Else To Play It First,Not Waiting For People To Ask About It,But To See Their Face,To See That Diddy-Bop,That Nod When They 1st Heard It.Never For The Money,Never To Make Myself Into A 'Personality'or Gatekeeper*** About New Music?? A Lot Of DJ's Don't Seem To Like The New Music Coming From Hip Hop & Reggae Artists.Its Too Violent,Its Too Materialistic, Thats The World They In.But Really They Too Aggressive,Too Unfriendly,Too Black.Music Is Entertainment,Nothing More,Nothing Less.Explicit Language Is Not For Children Just As R & X Rated Movies,Books & Games Are Not For Children. ****Hip Hop Never Died!! 1st concert was 'The Fresh Fest' Tour In '84(Me & The Homie Dropped Off At 'The Checker Dome',Wow). Other favorites include the 1st N.W.A. tour (at Animal House ) in 1988. Yella on the Wheels,Dr. Dre on the 808 Drum Machine,Ren in the Hat,Cube with the Jheri Curl and Eazy in the Black sweatshirt with the Red 'Iron-on Letters' on the back,CLASSIC!!! Another favorite, (during "L.L.vs Moe D Battle") Kool Moe D is on-stage "I Go To Work", LL comes out on stage(was not on the tour or bill) in the MIDDLE OF THE SONG!, the Arena went NUTS!!!!
